Neelam Sagoo

Neelam Sagoo is the Head of Sales Western Europe at TRI-K Industries, Inc. After gaining a qualification, BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences, Neelam became an Account Manager for Lab M, during her 3 years with the company she encountered many different industries, supplying dehydrated culture media to Microbiology Laboratories. Then, Neelam spent 4 years at Diversey gaining valuable experience of the Pharmaceutical and Personal Care Industries. During her time there as a Sales Manager & Sector Specialist, she advised customers on cleaning and disinfection of their manufacturing facilities. Following this Neelam spent just over 3 years at Schulke & Mayr promoting the range of preservatives and cosmetics additives to the Personal Care Industry, and the full range of products and services to all other speciality additive markets, by providing highly professional sales and technical support to customers.  

For the last 6 years, Neelam took a position at Lubrizol as the Personal Care Sales Manager for Lipotec Active Ingredients for UK & Ireland. This also included managing some direct accounts for the Lubrizol Functionals Ingredients portfolio and the distributor for the UK business. During this period, Neelam also completed the SCS Diploma in Cosmetic Science through the Society of Cosmetic Scientist, to expand her knowledge in the Personal Care Industry.  Neelam is also part of the social committee of the Society of Cosmetics Scientist in the UK.
